Biography

The late, forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, General Manager of Al-Nahda National Schools was passionate about reading, culture, literature, especially poetry, which is shown in his own poems.

In his early life, he worked as a teacher in Kuwait, which resulted in his passion in education and a lifetime attachment to schools. He completed his university education in Egypt at Al-Azhar University - Faculty of Arts - Department of Arabic Language.

He loved the genealogy of the Arab tribes, so he learned about it, and he became acquainted with the origins and the homes of the Arab and the Arabized families in addition to their deep extension throughout history and geography.

He joined the armed forces and was associated with the approach of the late forgiven- God willing - Sheikh Zayed at the time of the establishment of the state. He was also associated with the UAE’s supreme strategy, and its national agenda. During his military service he was entrusted with the administration of military education schools.

The late forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, was gifted in establishing communication with important, legal, and public figueres on both, the local and the international community levels, and he invited many of them to visit Al-Nahda National Schools.

Since the inauguration of Al Nahda National Schools, The late forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, insisted on strengthening the Emirati identity and the customs and traditions of the Emirati society through curricular and extracurricular activities.

He realized the importance of the English language and he insisted that the new Emirati generations speak English fluently, and write it skillfully in order to widen their horizons and to give them the innumerable opportunities to explore and communicate with the whole world.

He was always keen on constant communication with parents and on strengthening the educational relationship with them as partners in the upbringing of their children.

The late forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, encouraged Physical education and paid great attention to sports and was one of the pioneers who contributed to the establishment of Al-Wehda Sports and Cultural Club, and was a member of its board of directors.

He encouraged sports because of his belief in its positive impact on students, so he hosted the world Boxing Champion Muhammad Ali at Al Nahda National Schools.

He was always keen to cooperate and coordinate with the Ministry of Education, which prompted the Ministry to classify Al-Nahda National Schools as one of the pioneer schools and leading educational institutions in the UAE. The ministry also recognized the schools’ programs of the visiting Arab and foreign delegations to the UAE and their importance.

He loved innovation and development, so he directed the administration in Al-Nahda National Schools to adopt the latest scientific curricula and made sure that they are constantly updated with a particular focus on teaching the Arabic subjects: Islamic education, Arabic language, history, geography, national, and moral education.

The forgiven- God willing - Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, said, ‘I will never trade or sell education’, and he always insisted on the reasonableness of the school fees over the years to be always affordable to parents.

“After studying the parents’ financial conditions, many approvals on fee discounts and payment facilitations were granted during the Corona pandemic.”

To ensure the social and financial stability of both the administrative and teaching staff, The forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al- Junaibi, General Manager of Al-Nahda National insisted on guaranteeing all the employees’ salaries and keeping them intact during the time of the Corona crisis.

He was keen on the national, social and scientific communication through celebrations such as the National Day, the Heritage Nights Festival, the Science Fair, and the annual graduation ceremony.

The late forgiven, God willing, Mr. Saeed Abdullah Nasser Al-Junaibi, always made sure that both administrative and teaching staff are always updating their knowledge and expertise through professional development courses and continuous professional training during each and every academic year.

His Excellency maintained the development of the schools all over his life; he also granted the international dimension of Al-Nahda National schools through joining the global and international accreditation institutions.

نشأ المغفور له - بإذن الله -األستاذ/ سعيد عبدالله ناصر الجنيبي المدير العام شغوفاً لمدارس النهضة الوطنية بحب القراءة والثقافة و األدب ففاضت قريحته الشعرية فنظمه .

في الكويت فتعلمدّرسا المدارس و أح ّب التعليم و ً

عمل في باكورة عمره ق ب استمر فيه.

أكمل تعليمه الجامعي في مصر في جامعة األزهر – كلية اآلداب - قسم اللغة العربية .

بأصول و موطن - أح ّب علم أنساب القبائل العربية فاطلع عليه ، و أصبح عارفاً العائالت العربية و المستعربة و امتدادها عبر التاريخ و الجغرافيا.

التحق بالقوات المسلحة وارتبط بنهج المغفور له - بإذن الله - الشيخ زايد و ُ بنشأة الدولة و استراتيجيتها العليا و أجندتها الوطنية وأثناء خدمته العس سند كرية أ له إدارة مدارس الثقافة العسكرية .

تواصل مع الشخصيات الهامة و االعتبارية في المجتمع المحلي و الدولي و دعاها لزيارة مدارس النهضة الوطنية إلفادة الطلبة من خبراتها و تجاربها الناجحة .

أصر منذ افتتاح مدارس النهضة الوطنية على تعزيز الهوية اإلماراتية و عادات و تقاليد المجتمع اإلماراتي من خالل األنشطة الالمنهجية . بأن يتعلكثيرا أبناء الوطن اللغة اإلنجليزية بطالقة كي تفتح لهم اآلفاق و ً - اهتم م سبل التواصل مع العالم.

حرص على التواصل الدائم مع أولياء األمور وتعزيز العالقة التربوية بهم كشركاء في تنشئة أبنائهم.

بالرياضة و كان من األوائل الذين ساهموا في تأسيس نادي- أولى اهتماماً كبيراً الوحدة الرياضي الثقافي ، وكان من أعضاء مجلس إدارته .

ش ّجع الرياضة إليمانه بتأثيرها اإليجابي على الطلبة فاستضاف بطل العالم في المالكمة محمد علي كالي في مدارس النهضة الوطنية .

حرص دائماً على التعاون والتنسيق مع وزارة التربية و التعليم مما دفعها أن تضع مدارس النهضة الوطنية ضمن المؤسسات التربوية والتعليمية الرائدة في الدولة ، وفي برنامج زيارة الوفود العربية واألجنبية الزائرة للبالد ألهميتها .

واكب العصرفي التكنولوجيا و كان سبّاقاً منذ البدايات في ذلك حينما و ّجه الهيئتين : اإلدارية و التدريسية إلى استخدام الحاسوب في أعمال اإلدارة وإدخال مادة الحاسوب ضمن مناهج التدريس في مدارس النهضة الوطنية فيوكانت سبقا مجال التعليم على مستوى الدولة. ً

أحب التجديد و التطوير فو ّجه اإلدارة في مدارس النهضة الوطنية إلى تدريس أحدث المناهج العلمية في التعليم و تحديثها باستمرار مع التركيز على تعليم المواد العربية : التربية اإلسالمية و اللغة العربية و التاريخ و الجغرافيا و التربية الوطنية و التربية األخالقية .

منح كثيراَ من الموافقات خالل جائحة كورونا على خصومات في الرسوم الدراسية ألولياء أمور بعد دراسة أحوالهم و كذلك على تسهيل تسديد الرسوم .

أص ّر المغفور له - بإذن الله -األستاذ/ سعيد عبدالله ناصر الجنيبي المدير العام لمدارس النهضة في وقت أزمة الكورونا على عدم المساس برواتب الموظفين في الهيئتين اإلدارية و التدريسية حرصا هم . ًمنه على استقرار

حرص على التواصل الوطني و االجتماعي و العلمي من خالل االحتفاالت بالعيد الوطني وإقامة مهرجان ليالي التراث و مهرجان يوم العلوم و حفل التخرج السنوي .

دأب على تطوير التعليم من خالل تكليفه الهيئتين اإلدارية و التدريسية للتفاعل مع مستجدات مناهج التعليم و التعلم من خالل الدورات التدريبية المستمرة في المدارس على مدار العام الدراسي .

حافظ سعادته على استمرارالتطوير، و إعطاء البعد الدولي لمدارس النهضة فعمل على انضمامها إلى مؤسسات االعتماد الدوليّة العالميّة .
