All Applicants for grades 1 to 12 are required to do written examinations:
Arab students: three subjects (Arabic + English + Mathematics)
Non-Arab students two subjects : (English + Mathematics)
Registration Steps After Results Declared:
Applicants transferring from within UAE( Private Schools)
Transfer certificate.
School final report.
Stamp the transfer paper from our Registration Office.
Stamp the paper from Abu Dhabi Educational Zone
Applicants transferring from within UAE (Public schools)
School transfer certificate attested by the Educational Zone Office.
School Final report attested by the Educational Zone Office
Applicants transferring from outside Abu Dhabi (Private schools )
Transfer certificate.
The paper should be stamped from the accurate Educational Zone where the school followed.
Stamp the paper from our Registration Office.
Stamp the paper from Abu Dhabi Educational Zone
Applicants Transferring from outside UAE:
School transfer certificate from previous school attested by U.A.E. Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
School final report attested by U.A.E. Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Students transferring from GCC must attest their school reports and school transfer certificates from their Ministry of Education.
Students transferring from USA, Canada, Australia and West European Countries should submit their original school reports and transfer certificates authenticated by their school.
Important Remarks
The student will not be officially registered unless all required documents are submitted
If the birth certificate is issued from UAE, USA, Canada, Australia and West European Countries, attestation is not required.
If the birth certificate is issued in a country which is not mentioned above, the student's original birth certificate should be attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy from his country and then from the Ministry of Foreign Affairsin UAE
Arabic and English are the two languages accepted with official documents; otherwise, documents must be translated by a legal translator from authenticated office in U.A.E.
Please submit a copy from all the official documents on (CD) to the registration office.
